We prepare fresh, macro-balanced meals designed to support busy schedules — whether you’re training, working long hours, or just trying to eat better without the hassle. Everything is portioned clearly, made with quality ingredients, and built around helping you feel energised and consistent.

Alongside our weekly meal plans and bundles, OUSH also operates from a greenhouse café space in partnership with MM Plants. It’s a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can grab a performance meal, speciality coffee, collagen broth, or healthy snack — all in a setting that reflects growth and wellbeing.

Customers can order online for local delivery or collection, or visit us in person for the full café experience.
