Mad Yolks is a Dublin breakfast and brunch spot with one thing firmly at the heart of the menu: eggs.

Starting out as a food truck in 2018 before opening locations in Smithfield and Rathmines, they’re known for loaded egg sandwiches served on toasted brioche, alongside hash browns, nachos, veggie options and plenty of coffee.

Pups are welcome too, making Mad Yolks a brilliant choice for a laid-back breakfast or brunch with your four-legged sidekick. Their Rathmines location welcomes dogs indoors, with water bowls, treats and even the occasional sausage on offer.
