Ruby Ellen's Tea Rooms is a charming, independent vintage café located on Newry Street in the historic, medieval coastal town of Carlingford, County Louth. Set within a beautifully restored heritage house, the venue is celebrated for its traditional, old-fashioned service, whimsical Alice-in-Wonderland-style decor, and spectacular afternoon teas served on mismatched bone china.

Dogs are warmly permitted on the outdoor terrace and street-front seating areas. Non-service dogs are restricted from the main indoor dining rooms.
