Ballycastle Beach

Ballycastle Beach is a picturesque 1.2-kilometre stretch of sandy shoreline located along Northern Ireland's Causeway Coast Route. Extending from the Ballycastle Marina pier to Pans Rock, the beach offers stunning views of Rathlin Island and Fair Head. It is adjacent to Ballycastle Golf Course and features a promenade at its western end. The beach is family-friendly, providing amenities such as car parking, seasonal lifeguard services from July to August, wheelchair access, and disabled facilities. Dog access is permitted with seasonal restrictions. Ballycastle Beach has been awarded the Blue Flag, recognizing its high environmental and quality standards.
