Beautiful hotel within walking distance to city Center. All staff so friendly and just to mention Bernadette on reception so helpful with directions and information. We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was fab too. Lovely atmosphere in hotel and everywhere very clean. Rooms are very comfortable.

As far as IHG hotels go Voco slacks behind slightly. The wifi didn't work, the main living room in the Presidential Suite had no lights (Only lamps) and no fridge in the suite or rooms. We had a meeting suite included in our stay though which did have a fridge in it, but it was slightly disappointing that the rooms themselves didn't.
The fuse for the room kept tripping and it was very annoying having to constantly ring reception to ask them to sort it.
The rooms and suite we had booked though were beautiful with a great view of Belfast.
In terms of the quality of service however, it's exceptionally good. Rebecca and her staff went up and beyond to cater to all our needs and went out of her way many times to ensure we were satisfied all throughout our stay at Voco. I've honestly never seen any hotel manager go out of their way for guests the way Rebecca did - she's a top woman who sets a great standard of what should be expected of a hotel manager.
If you're bringing a car, ignore the signs for the paid parking rates which Apcoa charge up to 20 pounds for a 24 hour stay. If you're a guest, its 10 pounds for the duration of the stay and they'll validate the parking for you. Apcoas signs are misleading, but the hotel does state it on their website about the discounted parking rates for guests, but maybe an actual sign on the grounds would do no harm either.
Overall we'd a great experience and highly recommend Voco.

This was my second time staying at voco Hotel Belfast, mainly because of its great, quiet location. It's about a 10โ15 minute walk to the city centreโnot far at allโand ideal if you prefer to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle.
The rooms are spacious and have clearly had a facelift as part of the 2024 renovation. However, the bathrooms haven't had the same treatment and feel noticeably dated in comparison, with poor water pressure being the main issue. That said, blackout blinds were a great touch for a dark and restful sleep. You can hear noise from the corridor fairly easily, but thatโs common in most hotels.
Parking has recently increased from ยฃ10 to ยฃ12, but itโs all-day parking with in/out privileges, which is a big plus. Plenty of spaces and it felt safe.
The area itself is pretty peacefulโthere's some faint noise from bars and clubs in the distance, but nothing too disruptive.
Breakfast was decent with a good selection, though after three days it started to feel a bit repetitive. Personally would have loved to see hash browns on the menu!
Wi-Fi connection was stable and worked fine throughout the stay.
Overall, an okay stayโcomfortable, with some highlights, but still a few areas that could use attention to match the newer parts of the renovation.

We had a great few nights here. Rooms were clean, bright and spacious with lots of storage. The hotel is tucked away and in a quiet neighborhood, being approx a 10-15 min walk to city hall. Complementary water was provided each day which was a nice and simple touch. An addition of a mini fridge would be useful.

Arrived and checked in promptly in the around 7.45pm-ish. We were informed the last orders for the restaurant was up to 9pm. Around 8.10pm We went to the restaurant to book a table for 4, we were told to come back approx 30 minutes later as a group had just arrived. We didn't mind. However they wouldn't take our room number or name. We came back at 8.40pm to be told there was a group in (the same group) and they couldn't accommodate our party of 4. So we had wasted 30 minutes waiting around, when we could have gone elsewhere. As it was now approaching 9pm, we were lucky to get a table in another restaurant. Other than that the hotel is fine. Location is alright, depending on what street you use to walk towards the city centre.
