Downstairs is a fully fitted modern kitchen, shower room and living room. The living room has a double bed settee and this would be suitable for two small children if required. Free Wi-fi is available and there is a TV both upstairs and downstairs. This accommodation is fully private, self contained and has its own entrance. It is part of Avoca Farm House where the hosts Alison and Peter live. Although no longer a working farm we have our own pets and keep our own chickens and more recently ducks.
