For dog owners, the critical operational rule is that the hotel strictly enforces a limit of one pet per room. While it functions as a classic, community-focused Irish hotel without custom luxury dog-pampering packages it provides a straightforward, welcoming launching pad for handlers who want to explore Donegal’s extensive trail networks with a single, house-trained dog.
Dogs must remain on a secure lead at all times when traversing the communal reception foyer, stairs, and corridors. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the indoor food and beverage service areas due to local hygiene regulations. Pups cannot be left completely unattended in the bedrooms if they are prone to distress or vocalising.
Only one pet is allowed per room.
