Tucked inside East Belfast’s Portview Trade Centre, Flout Pizza is a small but mighty spot serving up incredible sourdough pizza. They mill their own flour, use a wild starter, and top each slice with locally sourced ingredients. The menu changes daily, and they close as soon as they sell out which happens fast. It’s walk-in only, and well worth the queue. Keep an eye on their Instagram for opening times and flavours of the day.
