Biddys O'Barnes

Biddy’s O’Barnes is a historic, family-owned country inn and gastropub dating back to the 19th century, famously positioned at the foot of the Bluestack Mountains in Barnesmore Gap, near Lough Eske, County Donegal.

Operating as an iconic, award-winning restaurant and bar for road-trippers and hikers, this rural establishment is highly celebrated for its inclusive stance toward canine companions. It provides a warm, historic, and authentic atmosphere where pets can settle down comfortably right beside their owners after a day on the rugged northern trails.

They have two areas to accommodate furry friends. The ‘Old Bar’ and ‘The Greenhouse’ and dogs are welcome in their beer garden in the summertime. There is no guarantee that there will be space in these rooms on your arrival so their normal walk-in/reservation policy applies.
