This park is a scenic natural retreat known for its stunning views, archaeological sites, and diverse wildlife. It features woodlands, grasslands, and ecotrails, making it a great spot for outdoor activities. The park is home to Belfast Castle and offers several waymarked walking trails.
You can enter the park at Antrim Road (Belfast Zoo), Ballysillan Road (Carr's Glen), Innisfayle Park (Belfast Castle), Upper Cavehill Road or Upper Hightown Road. There are three waymarked-trailsย with various levels of difficulty. The walking trailhead isย at theย second carpark on the main drive to Belfast Castle from Innisfayle Park.

Our park is open 24 hours. However, some areas, like the path above Devil's Punchbowl, may be temporarily closed for maintenance.
