I recently stayed at the hotel and was impressed by the exceptional customer service. During my stay, I experienced an issue with the water pressure in the shower. When I raised my concern, the receptionist, Devan, kindly explained the hotel's sustainability efforts, which I really appreciated. The manager, Nathan, went above and beyond by immediately offering to switch us to a suite, ensuring our comfort, and check the water pressure before switching the room for us. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly made a difference in our stay. The hotel itself is lovely with great location, I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, this was my first time visiting Belfast. The hotel is clean and has a lovely atmosphere inside. It's definitely worth noting, though, that during an evening walk outside the hotel, my partner and I had a negative experience. Some teenagers were behaving in a disruptive manner, and one even attempted to swerve a scooter toward me. It was quite unexpected and, honestly, felt worse than what I’ve experienced in Dublin city centre (which I’m from). That said, the hotel itself was great, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming to both me and my partner

We loved our stay in Room2 in Belfast. The bed was super comfortable and the size of the room was perfect for my husband and I. The employees were extremely friendly. Hanna at the service desk who both checked us in and out was super informative and kind. She even went out of her way to make sure we got our water bottle back after forgetting it in the room after we checked out. Thank you Hanna!

Excellent central base to explore Belfast city and attractions. The Titanic Experience is a world class attraction and walkable from the hotel. The guided tour of the City Hall was well worth doing. We would also highly recommend the Game of Thrones studio tour, unmissable if a fan. It's about a 30 minute bus trip out of Belfast.

We stayed here for only a night since we were only in Belfast for a night, but we would stay again for any future trips! This place was fantastic, reasonably priced for hotels of equal caliber in the area, great location, and the sustainability focus was great - but not lacking in comfort at all. The rooms were beautiful! They also have a gym and laundry facilities, which was so helpful since I've been travelling around a lot. Also excited to try their tea room next time!
