Acting as a community space where everyone is welcome, Fairmental Lab & Deli offers you the opportunity to learn more about fermentation, enjoy a coffee or kefir, sample our house ferments through the food menu or enjoy our range of retail products at home.

We aim to show that fermented foods are no longer niche or standalone products, but instead can be incorporated into family favourite recipes to add depth and flavour.

Fairmental is dog-friendly. Pups are welcome to join you in their outdoor terrace and seating areas.
