Ballyholme Beach

Ballyholme Beach is a 1.3 km stretch of sandy shoreline in Bangor, County Down. The beach features a seawall and promenade, with rocky shores at each end. Facilities include car parking, public toilets, and children's play areas at both ends of the beach. The Ballyholme Yacht Club is located at the western end. Bathing water signage and safety information are displayed, with updates provided from June to September annually. Please note that there is no lifeguard service operating at this beach. ​
