Can’t recommend Jess enough. I took my 3 year old show cocker and Jess delivered exactly what I’d asked for with the groom. Not too short and to keep her nice and fluffy. She also has such a lovely way with the pups that Lady didn’t leave at all anxious and is always excited to see Jess again. We’ve already planned to book in for monthly grooms. 10/10

I was very excited to learn that Jess was opening her own dog groomer's in Bangor. As a new dog mum to my 3 month old puppy, I didn't hesitate in trusting her with my fur baby. I couldn’t recommend Jess at Pup Fiction enough. She is definitely the best about and does everything she can to make sure your doggos have the best experience! Jess has been grooming Zoe for a year and a half now and Zoe can’t wait to get into the new salon for a pampering session.
