Paws in the Park: Kilbroney Park

Since 1836, the USPCA has been here for all animals in Northern Ireland, standing the test of time as the second oldest Animal Welfare Charity in the world.
From just one hub based in Newry, Co. Down we provide rescue and rehabilitation services
for sick, injured and abandoned animals. From finding loving homes for hundreds of cats and dogs, to rescuing injured wildlife and reuniting lost pets with their families, our teams work tirelessly to give every animal a second chance.
Alongside these services, we provide support for pet owners through our pet parcel scheme
which is a proactive initiative designed to help pet owners in Northern Ireland keep their
pets at home and well-fed, even in challenging financial times.
We’re also here to improve the lives of animals in the present and the future as we commit
ourselves to campaigning for better laws that protect animals and expose the cruelty behind organised abuse through our Special Investigations Unit.
